You can stream on Whatnot directly from your phone. OBS is not required or necessary. OBS is optional and I joke all the time its for Seriously, OBS is a great way use multiple cameras, scrolling text and more! You'll see many card streamers, crafters, handmade demo's using OBS on Whatnot.

Chromebooks technically work but are very difficult to use with OBS.. OBS on a Chromebook is not recommended.

Whatnot recommends Google Chrome browser. You log into Whatnot.com on desktop (or laptop).

There are many sites. One I use is Giphy Search Whatnot and you can download their stickers for social media or use in Whatnot streams.

The simple answer is yes. You'll need to know how to add a zoom/google meet call and share that screen in OBS. It's a bit advanced and can be done. It's better to stream in app on your phone or tablet should you want to co-host another seller.

Wired is the way to go! This means your router has a plug where an ethernet cable is plugged in, then the other end usually plugs into a USB-C cable, turn off wifi (depending on your computer) and rely on a wired connection. It's going to give you actul speed vs fighting devices for the speed via wireless.
