This templates is for First Class Mail Letter (FCML) otherwise known as PWE (Plain White Envelope) is for shipping stickers and cards. There are restrictions from USPS for this service. You must turn it on FCML ON to give the buyer the lower shipping rate.

When shipping FCML understand there is no official tracking number as you see with a Ground Advantage or Priority Mail (or Flat Rate) shipments.
